Sunshine Laundromat

I’ve been bringing my black jackets to this cleaner regularly, and it’s always been returned clean and nicely pressed—especially along the collar, lapel, and sleeves. However, last week I noticed my jacket didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all, and it certainly wasn’t pressed like usual. I brought it back and showed it to one of the staff members, who didn’t speak much English, so she called over a co-worker. When I returned to pick it up, the same employee told me that they don’t press dry-cleaned clothes. Man at night is rude I am a regular and he alwayz has zombies hangin around or sleeping in cars. Very uncomfortable. But lady that comes in usually when he leaves is very nice. I really need another place to go

The man at night is rude and disrespectful. I have been coming here for years now and I think I'm going to be looking for a new laundromat. My clothes have been stolen not once but twice and the old man doesn't ever see anything that hits on but if he doesn't like you he complains about everything you do. This used to be a decent place but now it's gone to the walking dead that hang cout all night long and steal anything that isn't bolted down. I'm very disappointed and will never come here again and I will tell all my friends not to use this place. Colfax is better then here now and that's sad!

It was a terrible experience! me and sister to do laundry, when we walked in the Mexican music was so loud, in order to talk you have to scream, it gave me the worst headache!!! almost half the dryers didn't work! and the dryers that did work only dryed for seven minutes and the dryers on the west side dryed for three minutes, and I'd be lucky if I got any hot dryers, the rest dryed cold, I used up so much money on them! the night manager was very rude!!!! he would let me use the dryers on the Southside cause he said he going to mop, so time went by and he didn't mop so I threw my clothes in them dryers and he threw a fit, talking in Spanish and I sd no comprende espenual, no hablo espenual! and I ignored him, I will never return to that place anymore, and I will tell my family and friends

BLOCKING ENTRANCES IS A FIRE HAZARD! - Went in around 930pm. Don't usually go in that late... however when duty calls...this place is my go to spot. Tonight was a different experience. The lady who was working when I got there; her shifted ended. She is a great employee; always friendly and offers great customer service... The gentleman who replaced her was blocking off enterances, and was extremely rude. Anyone who does laundry knows how heavy the laundry baskets are when full. This gentleman working was forcing everyone to walk to the very back and all the way around the machines like a maze just to leave. He was using the baskets on wheels to block entrances and if you tried to move them he would take them and put them back. Even though I told him we just needed to leave he was
