It's always a great feeling when you have a problem that's been bothering you for a while, and then someone comes in and fixes it. It's like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. Sunstate did our full-home remodel while my wife was 6 months pregnant. I feel compelled to share my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided by Sunstate Contractors. The unprofessionalism displayed by the technician named Johnny, who arrived at my location on the West Coast, has left me deeply disappointed and concerned. Upon his arrival, it was evident that Johnny was under the influence of alcohol, which was not only unprofessional but also posed a significant safety risk. It is unacceptable for a representative of a company to arrive at a customer's location in such a state. The fact that he had driven for hours while intoxicated raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to safety and responsible conduct. Not only was his appearance disheveled and unprofessional, but the strong smell of alcohol emanating from him was overwhelming. It

Tried several attempts to touch base after our meeting. Even after I was referred to another designer on a multi-room project, I am just trying to get feedback or an answer at all. Both Nellie and the interior designer I was referred to have not replied back and it's been a while. Just curious on the unresponsiveness? This is a new journey for us to find a contractor on our dream home and haven't had much guidance from Sunstate. This forced us to look for others that have been very responsive, but we should be enjoying this journey rather than finding it stressful. - From a small family
