Rick Jones at Sunterra is one of the most knowledgeable builder/contractors that I have ever met. He just finished a small renovation project for me and he was under budget and on time. Great job and I couldn't be happier.
Rick has probably forgotten more about building and remodeling than probably any other contractor knows. He holds to the "old school values" of honesty, integrity, and no-nonsense. I respect that. Rumor is that he might retire soon, if he does, the industry is losing an icon.
They are straightforward in their dealings with subcontractors which tells me they are focused on quality and getting the job done right..
Does top notch work, if you are looking for a quality builder this Sunterra Builders is the place
