This company has been a monumental disappointment. I referred him to my mother through real estate peers and deeply regret it. She invested significant money and trust in them for her home renovations, and they've delivered a truly horrible job on her fence and even worse project management. She was promised a 6-8 week timeline for her renovations; we're now at three months and they're not even halfway done. The most frustrating aspect, however, is their complete lack of timely communication. Calls and messages often go unanswered for a week or two, with "Carlos" being particularly unresponsive. This experience has been incredibly stressful and costly. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. It feels like a scam with how long the project is taking.
