Konrad is one of the only contractors that, as a homeowner, I can rely on. Prompt, polite and thoroughly professional, he does great work and has great follow-up. I have had the occasion to use their services twice – for a flat roof on a two-car brick garage and a complete tear-off of a SF bungalow. For the tear-off, the crew remained onsite late in the evening until all the debris from the day’s tear-off work was cleaned up.
