I first had to make an appointment with the secretary, who was very courteous and knowledgeable with everything I needed to help prepare for a smooth visit. Then when their employees came it was such a smooth process I was amazed on how efficient everyone was; there was no mess afterwards and everyone was so polite

I had the opportunity to work with Noel on the installation of a full system in a six-unit building. This was replacing a steam boiler system. One unit was central air (two floors) and the other five units had mini-splits installed. The project was somewhat complicated because we had to run new lines through the walls all the way up to roof, where the condensers were installed. Four of the units were occupied during the entire installation process. I hired Noel because we were doing the process through the ConEdison energy efficiency program (“clean heat process”) which covers nearly one-third of the cost. Overall I would give Noel four stars. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Had central air installed in a multifamily home during the middle of summer. Work took 2 weeks from time I got the estimate to completion They were punctual and easy to work with. Noel (owner) was knowledgeable about current ConEd rebates, which ended up saving me thousands. Very happy with the outcome.

Came out and installed a mini split unit including converter in one day. They gave me a very competitive price and did a good job.

Communication with company is excellent. Response time is within same day or next business day. Technicians arrive at or around appointment time (NYC traffic is not consistent). Technicians are knowledgable and are able to complete most unexpected service calls without return trips.
