Superior Concrete Tool Supply

I have purchase several trowel machines here by far the best in the industry. Two weeks ago I just got one more at the time of purchase I inquired about bringing one back to replace blades and balance they made it seem like it was a very simple process in and out I assume they were here help out customers with their needs. Today when Im driving there to get this simple process done it’s the opposite I have to drop it off bc they are to busy in fact they made an appointment 7days out My only guess is since I’m not spending $5000 on a machine I’m not important.

Needed a quick part for a finisher. I called ahead and they had it ready to go. In and out and back to being productive. Can't ask for more than tgat.
