Our roof was damage due to the high winds several months ago. Our insurance only wanted to cover damage for 2/3 of our roof. Jesus Martinez worked due diligently with our claim handler to ensure that we got the entire roof covered as well as other damages not noted initially by the adjuster such as, gutters, window screens and shed! I say with 100% confidence that Jesus really cares about customer satisfaction and will advocate for you as a homeowner! After a bout of wild Texas weather, Superior Exteriors Roofing happen to be in my area, stopped by to see if i would be interested in have my roof inspected on 03/05/2025 and quickly identified that my roof needed repairs. That same day, I filed a claim with my insurance company and scheduled for the adjuster to come out. Jordan and Christian went above and beyond—meeting with the adjuster on 03/11 to ensure everything was properly documented. The entire process was clean, smooth, and straightforward from start to finish. Materials were delivered on 03/25, and the roof was completely finished the very next day, 03/26. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Jesus came to my house, explained the process thoroughly, and stayed present on the job. The work was done in a very timely manner...a few little clean up items at the end that Jesus cleared up that same day. I LOVE my new roof!!

I Want to thank Jesus Martinez for his honesty . We just had a big hail storm go through Roanoke, TX this week with hail up to tennis ball and lots of marble size. He came by the next morning and did an inspection. To our surprise he came back and said there was no damage. I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty.
