Process of last summer was the process. I understood that I asked for a fence at the wrong time, I admitted that the situation would take a long time, and they were clear with the process to a certain point. The minute I became a standby. Client was the minute that communication ceased, my ability to have good communication through the process was met with conflict, and the result of that was poor communication when they came to build the fence. This was amplified by my disability, and my inability to properly communicate my expectations in the lack of effort through the company to make initial contact. Amazing experience. 4 guys showed up and installed an Aluminum fence on top of my retaining wall and also a small section of wooden fence and banged the job out in 1 day. Very efficient and professional! 5 stars all the way!
