We were very pleased with their customer service, from the scheduling department to the warranty repair technician Anthony. Initially, our front gates were intentionally misaligned because our property has a slope. It looked a bit unusual at first, but they customized the design and ordered a replacement door to make everything look seamless. Although we were initially disappointed with how awkward it looked, we are extremely pleased with the final result. The turnaround time from signing the contract to installation was only six weeks.
