He was extremely supportive, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. We chose a board-on-board privacy fence with cap and trim, and the install crew was fantastic—arriving promptly, confirming all details upfront, and working efficiently on both demo and installation. Superior fence really went above and beyond. Great company and employees. Our representative Josh Willis helped us survey out a good fence location to minimize the amount of trees we needed removed and set us up with the exact design we wanted. The installation crew was quick and did a great job.

We got several estimates to have a vinyl fence installed, and chose Superior Fence & Rail based on the attention to details Chris gave us when he came out to do the estimate. The process was seamless. The fence was installed today. Norlyn and his team did an excellent job from start to finish! We could not be more pleased with our new fence, it looks fantastic!

Called about a fence, and received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the initial phone call to receive an estimate, to booking/scheduling, and then to installation, it was such a pleasure working with Superior.
