Superior Home Inspections

In hindsight, I wish I had known that Tony wouldn’t enter the attic unless it had proper flooring, as most attics don’t, as you typically walk on the trusses. There were also no attic photos in my final report, and I later discovered serious wiring issues that could have caused a fire. Given how critical it is to inspect areas like attics and roofs thoroughly, it’s disappointing that mine wasn’t examined beyond the top of the stairs- especially since my electrician, recommended by my realtor, said it was perfectly safe to enter. Thorough inspections matter to me because they’re a matter of safety.

As first time home buyers, my fiance and I wanted to choose a home inspection company that knew what they were looking for, and would give an honest review. Tony and Anthony were great to work with. Their attention to detail and personable approach really taught me a lot about what to look for when buying a home, and important things to keep an eye on after moving in. Unfortunately, I had to hire them a second time after the first home they inspected on my behalf drew a few major red flags. But FORTUNATELY, that experience taught me a lot and led me to another home that will work out a lot better for me in the long term. Excellent inspector who pays attention to details, takes the time to educate the buyer (and sellers sometimes too), and is not an alarmist.
