Superior Insulation in Auburn NY installed attic and exterior wall blown in insulation in our 65 year old house. The crew of Bob, Ryan and Ryan came to our home and were courteous and respectful of our home. I have a lifetime of experience in the construction trades so I can tell when men are capable and efficient. These men were pros and did an extremely good job. To say I'm happy with the work is an understatement. We can already tell our home is more comfortable and our furnace runs far less. We've been able to lower the temp on the thermostat and stay warmer that before. Kudos to Superior and especially to Bob, Ryan and Ryan. Thank you for a job well done.

Was assigned this company through the NYSERDA Empower+ program. Communication was extremely poor from the start with trying to schedule an energy audit, to trying to schedule work to trying to schedule work to be done. It took multiple phone calls and voice-mails, either never getting a return call, or getting someone different each time on the phone that acted like they didn't know what I was calling for. They were unwilling to work around any of my work schedules, and when I had to take unpaid time off to be available for them, they were considerably late, without even a phone call to let me know. The work they did to the house was poor. Exterior door weather stripping was so tight the doors wouldn't shut (had to fix myself), which the workers left that way while no one was home. Windows

The three man crew of Matt, Ryan, and one more fellow(so sorry didnt get his name) were contracted to insinuate my entire house. They arrived on time both days ready to work. They explained all of the activities to be done and worked endlessly until the job was done. they performed the work professionally and properly while at the same time being courteous and showing respect for me and my home. They completed the work properly and left my property clean and I could feel the difference instantly on the windy day.All is I can say is THANK YOU for doing such a great job. I highly recommend this company for their service and you will be satisfied for the courteous professional work they do. I would give them 10 stars if i could!

Superior came from Auburn to outside of Rochester. Ryan and Anthony did a great job, very professional and hard working guys. Cleaned up nice after work was done. I couldn't get some of the local guys from Rochester to respond . Superior Insulation had everything done with in a few weeks. Their work made a big difference in keeping my house warmer and lowering my heating bills. Thanks again I"ll be recommending you guys for sure

The guys did great work insulating our home & cleaned up most evidence of being there, but when calling afterwards with a question about something on the bill the employee on the phone was extremely rude and horribly condescending. Hopefully we never need to use this company again because if that type of attitude towards a customer is ok with the owner we'll be looking elsewhere. UPDATE: the didn't do such a great job after all. We have cold air blowing in through our outlets on exterior walls & the owner said he'd come check the house then never showed up. Would never recommend this business.
