Their guys mow so recklessly and my car windshield was cracked in my complex and they refuse to pay for repairs. Their reason "reported to late". I reported to office staff and office staff reported to them. Although 2 months ago, due to their guys recklessness shattered my patio door.

Lumberton on the Lake Apts. residents rate Superior Lawn as very sloppy and they miss huge areas of mowing and weedeating. Rush through their work and you can tell they do not care about the quality of work. They don' t even properly clean up when they are finished. Do not use Superior Lawn Maintenance,,,they do not value their clients. Several tenants have sent emails and have not seen anyone do anything about the horrible job they do.

They are in too much of a hurry! They cut the grass carelessly and don't care how it looks. Parts are shorter than others and they forget to weed eat in others! This isn't the first time they have done this. Just thought I would let others know.

The level of service does not meet the industries minimum guidelines.
