Showroom has impressive samples of various windows, doors, and hardware to consider. We had excellent customer service from Mario for our windows and doors project. We appreciate the attention to detail with the onsite visit from Mario and Jesse to verify all dimensions and requirements. The responsiveness, knowledge, advice, and great communication from Mario and team are appreciated. All the staff at Superior Moulding are courteous and we had great customer service experiences from the front desk and warehouse teams as well. Special call out to Mario though, he provided outstanding customer service. We definitely endorse Superior Moulding and would use them again if needed.

Ryan, you may want to pay attention. I’ve purchased a significant amount of product (windows and doors) from this company over the years, and the quality of the windows themselves has been solid. Unfortunately, the customer service has really slipped as of late. The sales rep I’ve always worked with has stopped responding, even on simple follow-ups. It’s been frustrating and disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer to feel so disrespected. Just be cautious, the support after this latest purchase has been terrible. I’m personally taking a bunch of business elsewhere after this latest episode, their loss not mine.

Great selection of Moulding! I found some Moulding that was about eight years old that I was trying to duplicate and superior. Moulding had it in stock!

Great place to buy moldings and floor baseboards from. They have a wide selection and a lot of stuff in stock ready for pickup, if you are in need for door casements, floor baseboards or moldings I recommend to visit them.
