We went here to buy our Green Egg the day after Christmas. I had only heard of this place but they really wowed me with service, plus they were able to deliver the egg three hours after I purchased it. I was figuring it would take weeks. A great find in Liberty.

This place is phenomenal. The OWNER is on the service team and he took the responsibility for my needed repairs. He has been with this company since High School and decided to buy the place - GREAT DECISION Thorough-professional-KNOWLEDGEABLE-and very patient. Hire them - top service at a reasonable price.

Purchased a $1,800.00 grill as well as a griddle for $70.00. Purchased in March 24. To this date have not received the griddle we paid for in March 24 due to manufacturer delays. Made multiple calls to Hot Spot and was told would get back to us. No follow through. Worst experience ever. The owner spun this problem in his response below. Never did we mention a refund for the grill. After this review and undu anguish owner offered a refund that we asked for several times.

Call to get my hot tub fixed and was told it would be a 240.00 service fee. I was willing to pay this large fee because I am 52 miles from them. Received a call today and said they do not service the Braymer are. How in the world are the rural areas suppose to be able to get anything fixed.
