Superior Plumbing

I was having some plumbing problems on a relatively new home. Bryar was quick to help offer solutions to try and remedy it myself before having to pay for a service call. Ultimately, I was able to get the issue resolved myself and really appreciate Bryar's willingness to be a part of the solution.

Doesn't even deserve this rating, should be out of business. BUYER BEWARE!! make sure you get an invoice prior to doing any work with them in your home!! Word of mouth is no good here. When Jeremy came to replace the flange he accidentally broke the pipe going into the concrete. He was apologetic and said to fix this it would cost more. Called to speak to owner because this would now required busting up tile floor and concrete, etc. Tried to work with them to reach a solution, called the owner to discuss this / possibly liability insurance issue, got the "office manager" said sorry about your luck my guy didn't do this on purpose. This was the worst experience ever!! Office representative was rude. would never let me talk to the owner. Turned this into the insurance company .... Superior

Never had a better plumbing company ever! Quick, simple, and Larry and his team went above and beyond especially doing the job in water spurting. Larry is beyond kind and his customer service and knowledge is definitely superior so if you have to call a plumber call them as they truly care about the customer and does the job quickly and correctly. Bar none this company is committed to do the right thing! Will be using them for my house and referring them to others any chance I can get. Great and fantastic experience with Superior plumbing!

I called Superior Plumbing. They fit us in right away from the office since there was a previous cancelation. Jeremy was our service technician. He was on time and very professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do. After he inspected our house, the leak we were experiencing was a leaky toilet from a wax ring that was improperly installed from a previous contractor when our bathroom was remodeled 7 months ago. This resulted in quite a bit of water damage in the drywall from this leak. Jeremy explained how to better insulate the supply and drain lines. He also advised me on other projects that I would done in the future. Jeremy is also a mentor to apprentices, and now I know why. He is very thorough and answered all of my questions.
