We had a wonderful experience with Superior Pools! They answered the phone right away both times I called in, and they got Steve out to repair our broken pool cover right away. He fixed it perfect when other companies didn't know how to. We were impressed and very happy. Super affordable prices too!

Everything that occurred with getting our pool tile replaced was a crap show. The scheduling, the communication, the customer service, and we paid a good amount. 😭 I can’t wait for this pool tile to fall off and we find someone else to do it over. I wish this place had shown me in person what the tile looked like before I paid for it. It sucks, I feel sick in my stomach about everything. My husband owns his own business so we know what it means to give quality work, good communication, follow through, and customer service. It didn’t happen here, feels like we paid money to get screwed over, and treated poorly while it was happening.

Completely unable to keep a schedule, was waiting on a part to be ordered for my pools pump, took them over a month and several phone calls to actually order the part (I was told several times "it has been ordered and will be here next week" only to find out a week later that it actually hadn't been ordered). I was told at least 3 different times that "they'd be out tomorrow/next week/etc" only for them to not show up. Never answered phone calls, never returned voicemails. On top of all that the piping they redid leaked so my pump didn't hold a prime until I redid it.

Their communication and scheduling has been awful. No one ever calls me back and the only way to get through is to waste 30 minutes calling over and over until someone finally picks up. Even when I do get through I get no answers; I’m just told they will find out and call me back. Again I’ve not received a single phone call back. On scheduling I gave them the green light to do the job and they said they would order the tile and it would arrive 4-6 days later. I called 2 weeks later and they hadn’t even ordered the tile yet. When the tile finally did arrive they sent their tile sub to start the job and he said the pool wasn’t what they said it was and he couldn’t start for another week.
