I was introduced to Vinnie, the manager, who followed up once my order was placed and he coordinated delivery and kept me informed. He too was a pleasure to work with. I felt so comfortable with the service, pricing and value, I decided to not only purchase the Fireplace but also put in an order for Tech-Bloc pavers for 2 large patios and walkways.
