We had a great experience with Superior Restoration. Derek came out to give us a quote/estimate, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions, which really put us at ease. You can tell he has a lot of expertise and experience, and we felt confident in the information and recommendations he provided. Unfortunately, we had a rough start to our 2026 new year, due to some plumbing issues, which led to a leak from our second story bathroom into our kitchen. There was sludge buildup around and underneath the flange area of the toilet from the previous owner, and it didn’t help that the wax seal was improperly placed on the toilet. Once the plumbing issue was resolved, we were recommended and referred to Superior Restoration. To my surprise, the company was able to fit us in their schedule promptly. We had a great experience with Derek. He also gave us great news that the water spot of our ceiling was dry and just needed to be pained over and check the roof with a roofer. I was so appreciative of his honesty that it didn’t need to have additional work. I would have never known. Great to see good honest people still out there doing honest work.
