Superior Stairs and Rails LLC did a fantastic job transforming our old carpeted stairs and dingy handrail into beautiful, high-end hardwood treads, a new handrail, and stylish balusters. Our staircase had a pretty unique and challenging construction style, but they handled it expertly and finished the project within their estimated timeline. The team was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. If you are in need of a Stair and Railing remodel, then this is the place! Our townhome was built 12 years ago and I've been dying to redo it with a more up to date look. I found SS&R online and submitted a request for a quote and Daniel reached out to me the following day. He invited me up to their showroom in Woodstock and my husband and I were able to pick out the exact materials to accomplish the look we were going for. He was so patient with all of our questions and walked us through next steps and timeline. We contracted Superior Stairs and Rails to tear down and freshen up our two staircases. We worked with Daniel - who was very responsive and quick to answer questions and provide any kind of support needed. Our installer was Sam, and he was AMAZING. He arrived on time everyday, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up everyday. He was so easy to ask questions to and would walk you through anything he was doing - and also helped fix an issue with a floor repair and helped hide it. 10/10 recommend working with them!

Anthony C was fantastic start to finish. He’s a very knowledgeable salesperson and clearly very familiar with all of the products offered. We chose my new stair rails, posts and balusters with very little trouble. Measuring and counting complete within a day of deciding and install went as smoothly as it possibly could have. The finished product looks better than I even hoped for and makes a tremendous difference in the entire aesthetic of my home. Great experience and worth every last penny. Anthony had some competition from other stores and it was a no-brainer to choose to work with him and I’m very happy I did!
