We converted from oil to gas a little over a year ago and have been dreading removing the tank. From the first phone call everyone at Superior tank was wonderful! The price quoted was reasonable and there were no surprise charges at the end. Before their arrival I received a text with notice of arrival time as well as the name, picture and bio of the mechanic. They arrived on time and went over the entire process before starting. Dakota and his assistant Carter were extremely courteous and kept me up to speed on the progress. They finished exactly when they said they would and reviewed the space to make sure I approved. They actually rolled up the tarps as the left the house never stepping on the floor! My oil tank cracked leaking tons of oil into my home the smell was horrible my cats were sick Superior came two days after Christmas no one else would come in drained my tank and put a temporary tank up so we could still have heat until they could get a new tank put in middle of winter freezing ice rain I don't know how these guys did it but they did it they were fantastic they were awesome and I am so pleased with them I would give them guys a 10 star if I could Dakota and Aiden were fantastic and Doug was very nice on the phone too Well Ed and Dave came out and they removed my old tank and they put a new tank in they put the new tank ( Roth double wall very nice) in on the other side of the house which I was very pleased with they did a great job they were here all day they worked so ve

5 stars across the board for Superior Tank and the sister company Patriot HVAC. I had to get my oil tank in the basement replaced. It is rare in this day an age to have A-Z amazing service, so when it happens I appreciate it. From the first phone call, the sales visit, interacting with the owner, communicating with the office staff, scheduling the job, getting permits, the removal of the old tank, install of the new tank, getting an oil delivery, a tune up service, to follow up when the job was completed. A-Z every interaction was great. It was a delight to have Superior and Patriot do the work. Everyone was professional, honest, fair, and did a good job. No excuses, No BS. I applaud everyone involved in the process. Job well done!!!

I’m so happy I called Superior first to replace my oil tank! Joe came out to inspect my 30+ year old oil tank due to some signs of corrosion! He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and explained the replacement process thoroughly. He provided a reasonable price to replace my oil tank with an upgraded Roth tank. We set up the appointment and he let me know I could call him with any questions or concerns. On the day of the removal/replacement, Dave and John showed up at the time they promised. They were warm, friendly and ready to work. They went over the process and asked if I gave any questions or concerns. They got right to work, making sure to cover flooring to protect my tile floor and removed a door so they had the right clearance to move equipment to and from the area they were worki
