Windows were replaced in our home 6 months ago. We are having an issue with one fogging up and the owner refuses to make good on his warranty. He would not wear a mask when entering our home despite the executive order in NJ and they are not responding to my email or voicemail requesting help resolving our issue in a safe manner.

Amazing customer service. That's almost unheard of nowadays and this company gives me hope for others. They truly care about their customers and the people who call them needing help. Warren is not only accommodating but helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I needed help with a broken window and he came to my house without question after making sure he reached me after my initial call. The process was stress free and I am calling him back tomorrow to order a new storm door! I highly recommend Superior Windows & Glass!

I would like to thank Warren and his staff for the excellent service I received from them. I called the office to ask for an estimate for some broken windows I had to repair and Warren came to my house that same day. I’m honestly shocked to see any negative reviews for Warren and his team. First, I’d like to preface my review by saying I called several window companies before getting in contact with Warren. Each one of them told me it would take 10-15 BUSINESS days to get new glass installed for 5 windows due to failing a certificate of occupancy inspection. Not only did Warren come out to my house immediately after speaking to him but he also fixed my windows within hours! I’m selling my home and I needed a fix, and quick because my closing is in 2 weeks. All other companies could not accommodate my timeline and I am so thankful to him and his team for giving me not only the attention I needed but the service was impeccable. Excellent job and I highly recommend this team!

I had ordered a replacement of my windows in July of 2021. The windows arrived only in 4 months after the order was placed (apparently they were made overseas), but their size was wrong. I had to wait another 2 months for the correct sized windows to arrive. At the time of installation I cold not really check their operation because the bonding had to be cured, but I did not worry about it since the windows came with a lifetime warranty. However, recently I have noticed a problem with opening of one of the windows. I called Superior Windows in hope that they would come, look at the issue, and tell me what to do with it.
