Superiority Moving LLC...

The moving guys were very nice, however, my China cabinet I inherited from my grandmother was damaged when it fell in their moving truck. It fell on my coffee table that was also damaged due to the fall. The guys moving the furniture were very apologetic and offered to replace the glass in my China cabinet on their own time and with their money. I accepted. One of the movers came back with his girlfriend to pick up my cabinet. The cabinet came back with new glass but was damaged by the rain. My husband and I tried numerous times to connect with the owner and we’ve had no response other than one time each. He will not return our texts or phone calls. Scheduled a small job with this company,. I was quoted one price over the phone which I agreed to. Day of scheduled move I called to confirm and to say I'd be running a few minutes late, but I would be there. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, then said I was scheduled for the next day. He did offer to have the movers come after the current job was finished which was late afternoon on our original scheduled day. I was not available then nor did I want to wait around for the movers to come. We re-scheduled for Sunday at 11:00 a,m, I got a call from a woman confirming our 11:30 move. I said no it was for 11:00 a.m. She then proceeded to tell me the fee was double what I was quoted. Needless to say, I cancelled the job. Their professional and organizational skil

Dirty Dirty dirty. I dont like writing bad reviews buy I think people should know. I was quoted $189 p/hr 2-3 hrs. That's $400-$600. They sent 2 young boys it took them 6 hours. Total cost $1150. And at the end said we take cash payment only or were keeping your last truck load. They damaged a lot of our stuff also. The problem is during the quote he only ever asked how many boxes I have. Not how many rooms or how much big furniture. I believe that was intentional so that he could quote low. Also he sent a small truck based on "how many boxes" we have. After filling up the small truck they said they didn't understand why he sent a small truck and the job would take longer because they had to make 2-3 trips. I mean this is his job. He knows better then to only ask how many boxes do you have

They were good and very professional but could use some improvements. they where not upfront all their charges on the phone that was a major issue or or give you a contact to read prior to moving. Hence why I wasn’t aware of these hidden fees. They do not use covers on furniture. Never had a movers charge for an additional trip because they didn’t have room on the trucks. They were quick and efficient but if I ever have to move again I’d probably choose someone else.

Moved my daughter's residence and forgot to leave the glass to the coffee table at the destination. We have tried unsuccessfully to have them deliver to the new destination, five months later they still have not delivered the glass piece. When you call you get "mailbox is not set up" and then when we did speak to him he said he another call and would call back. That did not happen either. I don't know why we would have to pick up a large piece of glass that they forgot on the truck at destination we paid for the movers. Then they say they called back but we have no record of them calling and we always answer the phone.
