Horrible customer service. Don't spend one time with these guys. I was hung up on while I was introducing myself as a general contractor. And then they blocked my number. Please refer to the photo. my comments are in blue. If you want to deal with a scumbag, call this guy.

If it were possible to leave negative stars, we would. We called today to ask if this company accepts clean concrete, since some places recycle it and we had extra material from a project. The person who answered responded in an extremely inappropriate way, telling us to “put the concrete on your ass.” We have never experienced anything like this before when contacting a business. The level of disrespect, rudeness, and vulgar language was shocking and completely unacceptable. Whoever answered the phone clearly lacks any basic customer service skills. If this person is an employee, management should seriously reconsider keeping someone like that representing their company. Today we called to ask if this company accepted clean concrete (since some companies accept it for recycling, and we had some leftover from a project), and verbatim the man who answered said: "Put your concrete on your ass." Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. They should fire that person; and if he is the owner, he should either shut down or take a customer service course. This person was incredibly DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, and VULGAR, simply pathetic. I would not recommend anyone, not even to call these people; no one should do business with this company. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.

Estive em miami e descobri que essa empresa opera lá,fiquei mt surpreso e feliz,saber que a Supermix está com suas bitoneiras fazendo o excelente trabalho que faz aqui no Brasil!
