We hired Supreme’s HVAC service in December when our unit malfunctioned, and they were incredibly quick to respond. Although the unit stopped working again a month later, they sent a technician back immediately to fix the root cause at no additional charge. I also spoke with the owner, Skipp, who was courteous and extremely patient with our concerns. We highly recommend their service.

Oscar did a fantastic job servicing both units at my home. He was extremely thorough, spent 45 minutes to an hour working and he also ended up staying later on a Friday to replace something and also help answer all of my questions. Highly recommend Supreme!!!

We have been customers of Supreme for many years but today was the first time we needed to use their emergency call-out service. Our furnace cut out completely yesterday afternoon - the outside temperature was 28F and it dropped to 19F overnight with 18mph winds so............ COLD 🥶! On a Sunday morning I left a message on the emergency number and within minutes was speaking to Mike, one of Supreme’s regular engineers, who luckily knew our system. 45 minutes later he was at the door, and an hour or so after that he had replaced the faulty pump and the system was up and running again. What great service! The service we have received from Supreme over the years is second to none; their engineers are without fail prompt, efficient, courteous and punctual. Thank you!
