Supreme Heating and Cooling

We had a new furnace and heat pump installed for our great room addition. The original furnace (35 yrs old) was still there when we moved in 8 years ago, and we continued using it until, this year, it quit working and could not be fixed. We wanted to replace it with a system that would be eligible for this year's $2000 tax credit (expiring on Jan 1), but our usual HVAC company was very slow getting back to us after quoting and their scheduler couldn't be reached after several calls. We started researching and found Supreme H&C. They have excellent reviews and ratings and Derrick came right out to take a look. His expertise impressed us and their price was in line with others (and a bit lower). He also said they could take care of it right away! We were happy that we wouldn't have to bundle

I called Supreme Heating & Cooling in a panic, my furnace was making a weird noise and I was a few days away from leaving for a vacation abroad. A tech (Anthony) showed up same day and confirmed the heat exchanger had gone bad, he showed me the part & explained why it was no longer good, and explained why my furnace was unsafe to use its current condition. With the system being over 20 years old, it made sense to replace the entire furnace. The price seemed reasonable, but being a woman who’s had insane quotes from other contractors in the past, I always run the price by my father before committing. I called my father and asked if that was a fair price for the furnace with installation, and he said “that’s a sick price”. There was no charge for the service call since I committed to install

Derrick came the day after our initial call for an estimate. We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained our options. He was able to do the installation in a timely manner. He and his crew were efficient and very professional. Would highly recommend!

This is by far the best service company I have ever used. I have used this company twice now. Once to replace an AC unit in my home and this last time to replace a furnace in my mother's house. They were able to get a new furnace installed in less than 24 hours of calling. Great prices, too. Hundreds less than other quotes that I received. I would recommend to any and all needing HVAC services. 5 starts isn't enough.

The installers were professional and courteous. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and showed us how to work all the new equipment. The warranty provided is great.
