I had 8 windows purchased and installed by West Shore. I had the pleasure of talking with Nick to purchase my windows ...he was very knowledgeable and kind. He said they would be in and installed by the end of March...today I had the pleasure of working with Braden G..Brett S...Mark M....Brihtric P....Tommy W...Tyler J. And Devon B...these men knew what to do explained every detail before starting stopped to clarify any little detail they put runners down to protect my carpeting. My windows were installed these men CLEANED my windows then vacuumed each room they worked in and took all of the trash with them. This is the second time I have used West Shore and I will never hesitate to call them again....THANK YOU WEST SHORE my windows are beautiful and you have AWESOME men working for you.

We had a home consult right after Christmas and found the two exterior doors we wanted. In four weeks, we have the new doors installed on our home! Bradon G, Brihtric P, and Tommy W. were very professional, detail oriented, super nice and polite. They did a fantastic job and took time to answer any questions we had. The doors look amazing! It is definitely a quality professional product and installation! I highly recommend!

West Shore Home redid our shower today. I'm so Pleased with the hard work that Dan and Brodey put in to upgrading our bathroom in just a few hours. My crew, Damand, Logan H, and Nick L, were punctual. They followed all the steps that Ray V ( my design consultant, said they would do to protect my floors. They reviewed the job with me and answered any questions I had. They did what they said they would do. They didn’t rush the job. They worked together like a team should. They tore out my small, old shower and plumbing. Cleaning up as they went. They made certain that each new piece fit perfectly. No short cuts! Then cleaned up from the bathroom to the front door. Explained how to clean the new shower, even left a card saying when the shower would be ready for use. Ray even stopped in to make sure things were going right. Good job guys.

The West Shore Home's team (including Ryland S., Isaac S. and Ramone D.) were courteous and professional, and finished the job ahead of schedule. They provided routine communication & uldates throughout the building process, and exceeded expectations by finishing early. The new bath & shower wrap and LVT flooring look great.
