Completely satisfied! I was skeptical after reading all the other reviews, but they were sent out by Energy Saver Solutions. Mike was the technician. Within minutes he had my furnace up and running, but showed me the motor, which was running out life. He explained that it would be a day or two to get the part, Thursday at the latest (this was Monday). It is Tuesday and Energy Saver Solutions returned, replaced and fully serviced the furnace. Very happy with their professionalism, the technician's work, and the fact I have heat again all within less than 48 hours.

I just installed a new furnace from Energy Saver Solutions. I had to schedule the estimate 3 months before the appointment, but it was well worth the wait. Ben the estimator was very kind and explained the process pretty well, and the folks that came here to install the furnace next day were also super nice. I used to have a super old furnace, so this was a good replacement both functionally and aesthetically.

Our furnace went out in the late afternoon as we were expecting a large snow storm. We called Energy Saver Solutions and they said they could replace our furnace the next morning. We woke up to a lot of snow and we were worried they wouldn't make it. But they did! They had to load the new furnace into a personal truck along with tools so that they could make it safely to us. Great service and great prices. Thank you

These guys rock! Had to wait about a month to get my heat pump installed because they are so hard to get right now. It was a nice upgrade at no additional charge to a bigger and better unit, because the model we ordered wasn't available at the time. They really did a great installation too and I highly recommend Energy Saver Solutions.
