If you're looking for a restoration provider, look no further! I've had the pleasure of using Sure Kleen twice and both times, they were very responsive. The did such a good job, you couldn't even tell anything happened. The firs time, mold was found and they remediated it restored my office. This year, my refrigerator line leaked and caused flooding in my basement. I called Monday morning and they were out here the same day! The guys that were here were polite and they cleaned up after themselves! They even made it seamless working with my homeowners insurance! I would 100% use them again if I had an emergency issue! Thanks Sure Kleen for restoring both my office and finished basement!

I had a sewer back up at my home that ruined the carpets, walls, and fixtures in my bathroom that needed immediate clean up and restoration. The company was able to get someone out to service my home that same evening. They disposed of all the damaged items and kept in contact with my insurance company throughout the process. They were also able to make all of the repairs after the clean up was finished. The service was excellent throughout the entire process and my new luxury vinyl floors and freshly painted walls look great!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone local to help with your insurance claims or remodel!

My apartment flooded on a Friday and I started the claim that evening through insurance. I had an appointment with Sure Kleen less than 24 hours later and the trio of Zak, Matt, and Justin were amazing! They took the time to thoroughly explain next steps of the mitigation process and answered every single question I had with such incredible customer service and compassion for the situation. They only had a third of the fans needed that evening and returned the next day with 20 more. Mandy at the Front Office was so kind on the phone and kept me in touch of the process as well. While this team won't be finishing the job (not their fault- all insurance/apartment issues), I would hire them back in a heartbeat and will recommend them to anyone!

I had a major plumbing issue that ended up taking three months to resolve so the damage was extensive. My insurance company set me up with Sure Kleen but then ended up paying me out so I could hire anyone I wanted. They came out in October to give me an estimate and I had to keep rescheduling them for months until the plumbing was resolved. I got two other quotes that were both over double what Sure Kleen quoted. Every time I called to reschedule they got me in within 48 hours. They were finally able to complete the job in January. I was expecting to pay more because there was more water coming in every day and there was definitely more damage than when they originally came in. Their service seemed fine (minus the holes they put in my walls that they didn’t tell me about) until I was told twice that a sample of my flooring would be sent to my insurance company for an estimate. My insurance now says Sure Kleen never did and threw it all out. I don’t trust. I even reached out to Zak, who I was dealing with and he never responded. Not happy.
