Key fob for Porsche stopped working. Contacted Sure Lock & Key and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. Ricky was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend him and Sure Lock & Key to anyone needed locksmith assistance.

Huge shout out to Ricky and the entire staff at Sure Lock and Key in Cypress, TX. Great service and communication. My used vehicle only came with one key fob, and I needed a second device. I called around to get an estimate for an additional key and programming. Sure Lock and Key quoted me over the phone and came in 40% less expensive that the next guy. Ricky came out at the pre-arranged time and knew exactly how to handle the issue. The bill came out a little less than the estimate, which was a nice touch! Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These guys take advantage of people that are stuck and price gouges you after the job is completed. Locked out of my house and was charged $425 for the tech to complete a 10 min job by drilling 1 lock.. He spent 1.5 hours trying to get into the garage and finally gave up because he was unsuccessful. Moved to the back door, got us in in less then 10 min and then charged $425. Thanks for the help... it would have been cheaper for me to break a window and replace..

Excellent professional service by a well trained technician. Driving a company van with a company shirt on. Took about 30 minutes to program 2 key fobs and cut 2 keys. Very detailed process to work with all the security protocols built in new cars. Very. Pleased, will do business again. Tech was Ricky and car is 2024 Toyota 4Runner.
