Sure Lock & Key

I am thankful that from Sure Lock buy& Key Sam was very quick to come to aid me at unfortunate dilemma! As I was at work today, I went to eat my lunch but decided I needed to get something from the sit behind and as I got out of the car, shut got my doors and the key left inside. Sam was nice to give me a discount and more yet since I did not have change with me. Isnt it wonderful! I sure have to put here a good review about it. :)

Had a great experience with Sure Lock & Key. Within less than an hour of calling a tech was at my house working to create a new key for my car. The service was quick and costs clear. Thank you for making this experience so simple.

Beware. I asked Sure Lock to come pick the turning door knob on my house. I was told it was not pickable which is untrue, they tried airbags and then destroyed my doorknob by drilling it. I could have done that myself. They sent an unexperienced tech out and then tried to charge me 699$! Bad people and bad business. I google how much to drill a door knob and it returns 150$ to 250$. I google if Schlage is unpickable and it returns no. The least they could do is tell you its seven hundred bucks so you can tell them to get gone.

Absolutely awful company. I paid $500 in October 2025 to have a brand new key made for my car. Here we are in February 2026. Only four months later and that $500 key fob is already having issues. When I called to try to have this issue corrected, I was told the warranty only lasted 30 days. If I would like to have this issue resolved, I would have to pay even more money to have a technician come back out and see what’s going on. For $500 the best this company can offer you is 30 days of assurance that your brand new key fob and equipment provided by their company will stay working. Awful, awful, awful business to use.
