They are willing to give you helpful tips even if you're just a homeowner buying a bucket or two and doing small repairs. I also like how their coating is almost infinitely serviceable, by either coating on top or cutting it out and re-applying the "sandwich" system. our flat roof has never been more headache free.

I picked up some materials from this place a year or two ago and thank god I did! Earlier this year, my wife discovered water coming through our roof in the kitchen. Water dripping from a skylight and through two of our kitchen lights. To make a long story short, I hired someone recommended by my solar company to fix my skylight. He actually made things worse. Recently, I got up on my roof and located all the problems. I have a flat roof (New Mexico) and first, I sealed every breach with waterproof sealant. Then I used SureCoat to seal over the breaches. It just rained heavily the other day and absolutely no water penetrated my roof. My roof is a Duro-Last roof. It is generally for commercial buildings. This is the spot . I like to use the rubber coating on the exterior of the stucco on the house . It works good on the Hardy-board siding as well

I have been using this product for Approx 6 years , and it has continued to perform and hold up great. The service from the staff is always excellent.
