The Technician arrived in a timely manner, very professional however not sure if all service request was done. No after service report was issue. The Tech indicated our unit was in good condition but know mention of the ductwork under the house. 25 maybe 30 minutes he was gone.

Jamie Byrd did an excellent job servicing my heating system. He was very courteous, pleasant and professional. I was extremely fortunate to get my unit looked at on such short notice. Many thanks to Amanda, Jamie, and everyone at Sure Temp.

I had no heat for weeks because I had a home warranty and had to wait for them to send out service techs. The first one came out 3 times and gave up. 🙄 So then Sure Temp Mechanical called me for an appt almost immediately. Their office manager Crystal was super helpful and always called to follow up. She sent Jared! Very knowledgeable professional w a very pleasing personality and concerned with really helping me once and for all. He and Matt finished the job this morning in less than an hour. Jared also educated me on his diagnosis and what would happen if it stopped working. Totally satisfied!!! Thanks!

We had trouble with our unit for almost a year. We had another hvac company come out but couldn't find the problem with the unit. We called Sure Temp within and within 1 hour a serviceman was here. Wgen he arrived he introduced himself and went to work on the unit immediately. He came into the house to update me on the wotk progress. He told me that there was a short somewhere in the unit and he would work until found. He did just that, now the unit is running perfectly. We are very pleased with the professional mannerism as well as the professional work that was accomplish. Thank you Sure Temp and thank you Scott!
