Surface Masters

I can't even give one star. It took FIVE calls to even get past receptionist, who repeatedly told me a sales person would call me back. On 5th call He said they could do estimate on April 4th....to weeks. On the 4th I called .....just to make sure and was told they were really busy how about the 10th. Okay. Today, the 10th, I finally called, after waiting until noon and hearing nothing of a time line. "WHAT IS YOUR NAME? NO, WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ON YOU." So, after a month of waiting.....for nothing, I just gave up. I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT NEED MORE JOBS.

Rude people, won't answer questions, not sure how they are even a ligitamate business. i highly recommend every other countertop place but this one. ask them where they are located. they say they can't give out that info. ask to talk to the owner, they can't give his name other than Frank. was hung up on 4 times... Great way to run a business. Not.
