Surface Medic Lawn Care & Pressure Washing

Very pleased with the deck cleaning and staining work done by Tre and the Surface Medic team. The team worked through the extreme heat and unfortunately, just as they were finishing up, a rainstorm washed away their progress. The team assured me that they would be back to make things right and indeed, they returned and worked to make sure we were satisfied. They care about the quality of their work. Excellent communication throughout.

I spoke to Trey at Surface Medic about power washing the house. He gave me a price that was very reasonable. I had spoken to other people about the price they paid and both were way more than what I paid. The job came out great with the siding looking like new. It was very dirty because of pollen and the trucks in the development kicking up constant dust. Previously he had painted, with stain, our outside fence. Another great job. I imagine other companies do good work, but with his pricing and quality of work I'll be back with him if it's something he does

Trey had great communication and did amazing work. Got a rental property cleaned up and ready to get on the market. Had to do an extra trip due to us not knowing watter was off but made sure to constantly communicate with us!

This gentleman gave a very good price for power washing our home. We have high peaks and would have to use ladders. It would have been an all day job. He did this fast, beautifully, and even came back to retouch one side as he was dissatisfied with the first pass. Magnificent job. Will absolutely use again!!!

Great work and great price for the size of my yard! Follow on review: Knocked down a star due to needing communication improvement. Initial contact made was to quote their services for lawn, concrete pressure wash, and house soft wash. Decided after the fact just going with lawn services and NOTHING ELSE. Get an automated message saying an appointment for two weeks AFTER the initial appointment was scheduled for lawn and a soft wash. Nowhere did I subscribe for continued services. Nowhere did I verbally agree to any continued service. All this to say DOUBLE CHECK what you are agreeing to being done and verbally state what your current/future expectations are.
