Surfside Pool Company

If you ever purchase a hot tub from this place, do not ever call them to repair it. Since purchasing the hot tub in 2022, I have reached out for several repairs from this company. Each time the issue is either not repaired or a new and worse problem arises immediately after. I genuinely believe this company intentionally creates damage to continue the never ending services. On one occasion, Jeremy, pushed my senior dog who was walking nearby his bag of tools. Do yourself a favor and avoid this type of scum by calling any other company.

Paid to have pool opened. They showed up and left and stated they did everything but didn't even take the skimmer plug out or start it up. Will not use again and will be sure to share this experience with all of my neighbors and family. Ownership is no help. Be careful using Surfside!

Purchased a pool 7 years ago. Said we wanted a salt water system expecting the pool to be compatible. Found out the pool was not compatible with the salt 6 years later when the rust formed and the railing system was not safe. Called around and multiple venders in these pool systems said the pool we were sold is not a salt water pool. Then they should have put an something in the line to combat the rust. After talking with surf side they elected to do nothing even though the manufacturer said these were not to be used in salt water systems. Long story short I will be taking them to small claims and following up with a liability lawsuit since a kid got severely injured on the defective pool never meant for salt water. Buyers beware they are not responsive for their mess ups.

Mike, Dennis, & Lindsay were GREAT to work with!! They replaced my liner!! Dennis Came out, did a review and estimate. Lindsay communicated with me through the entire process helping facilitate questions and answers! And Then Mike came out to install. Mike was amazing. He called me the week prior to ensure that I understood the process, swung by the day before to do some preliminary prep work, then day of showed up on time and with a smile!! He was informative, friendly and did an extremely thorough job!! Thank you Surfside!!!

After 22 years my oval above ground needed a new liner. Dennis came out, took measurements then Mike and his team came out to do the install. They were efficient, knowledgeable and did a superlative job on my pool. They replaced the support pads, skimmer and squared it up. The liner is beautiful and I now have a new pool.
