This is a great store with very helpful staff. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the assistant manager James. Very rude and unprofessional, if you need any help do NOT ask him.

If it wasn't so expensive it would be so much better. I like the convenience of having everything at your finger tips... And the store till now is kept in good shape, which is a super plus and the reason I go... But i can't bring myself to buy certain things because well the pricing is ... Well you know.
I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN. The guy at the desk was so rude, unprofessional, and overly aggressive. I would rather drive an hour away to another hardware store than to go back to spend thousands of dollars rebuilding my properties after spending thousands in your store month after month. You lost a great paying customer.
Very knowledgeable, fair prices, and great customer service. Team member, Seth really went over and beyond to correct an issue and honor Sutherlands commitment to customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work in such a hard industry!
