Weber Refrigeration & Heating

We called Weber to work on a unit at a school in Walsh Colorado. They showed up to the call...were told by a random individual that there was no issue, so chose to leave without speaking to us (The ones that called them) and proceeded to to charge us over $400 for the visit in which they completed no repairs. Upon address, they said they still need to pay their service tech. Yes, they do, but he's the one that chose to leave without doing the work...if they choose to pay him, that's on them, not the customer. Then, a few weeks later, the school called them to perform the work on the unit they didn't fix...and they sent us the bill for the work. We are not the ones who called them to perform the work, yet they billed us anyways. This time to the tune of $450. It was not our intention to

Horrible service call. Called for commercial fridge failing to cool. Service tech comes, blows out condensing unit, says fridge is working. Next morning, fridge not cooling. Tech comes back, borrows my compressed air and blow gun to blow out condensing unit, again. Dirt FOGGED out of condensing unit. (I thought he had already cleaned it?). Then tests the fan motor, claiming it’s failed. Didn’t have one on truck, but will come back a 3rd time and charge another service call for installing fan. I cancelled service call. Will not use Weber again.

Roy came out and fixed my AC as his last call of the day! He worked hard, was friendly, and really just did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing and how to prevent the issue in the future! Super thankful for his help today!! He’s a life saver!

I received a call a few hours after I had contact Webers to see if a serviceman might come check out a problem I had discovered with my furnace. Within hours I met the serviceman at my home so he could check out the problem. I had to return to work, so left him in my home to complete the repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He emailed me my bill. I was quite satisfied with my experience with Webers!

The technician arrived just before 5 PM which surprised me as that usually is the end of the day for most service businesses. He was very cordial and went straight to work on finding the problem I was having. I was impressed by his knowledge of both the mechanical and electrical systems of my unit. His methodical and efficient diagnosis of the unit was quickly discovered as a failed capacitor. I was impressed that he had the replacement part on his truck. After replacement of the part further diagnostic was needed and the issues was quickly resolved. He then attached test equipment to the unit and monitored its performance and system characteristics and gave it a clean bill of health. The technician is very friendly and respectful and an asset to your business. Thank you for your professio
