Sutter Community Garage

(From 28th street) look for the sign to Sutter Community Garage on the left. GPS told me to turn onto Matsui alley but it was actually just before that. For someone like me who gets anxious driving downtown this was great, easy parking for access to school field trip to B Street Theater/Sofia theater. Thursday morning around 9am there were plenty of spots open. Cost was $10 for 2 hours 11 min duration

My truck is over 7ft and there is parking designated just for 7ft and over. However they allow people that are not over 7ft to park there. They do not ticket people with small vehicles that park in the 7ft and over. So I have a hard time finding parking since I can't go up to the other floors. When I parked in the compacted one day because the 7ft and over was full of small vehicles they did put a ticket on my truck. It should work both ways. I have spoken with parking manager and they said they would look into it but nothing ever changes.

Great price. Easy to pay. Floors are clearly labeled to find your spot quickly. Well lit. No homeless blocking exits or sleeping in building.

Went inside to park. Parking garage was FULL other than the ‘compact’ spaces. So when I was exiting I tried to get help from an attendant, who never came. And still got charged a parking fee!!!

Horrible parking situation. I was late to my appointment. I paid $6 for the 1.5 hrs I was there.
