Wow, I must say I’m impressed with the level of craftsmanship these Sutton Brothers plumbers display. Jake and Bradly were extremely professional and diligent in their work. Stepping into my home, they immediately made me feel safe and put me at ease with how polite and respectful they were. They changed out all of my corroded P traps and replaced the old metal chrome ones with new PVC ones that will last a lot longer. Then they had a much bigger and more challenging job. Our shower handle was leaking potentially causing damage behind the wall. Being in an older home, when they cut into the sheet rock to add an access panel in order to replace the entire assembly, they ran into issue after issue. But they only saw it as an opportunity to flex their plumbing muscles! 3 hours later, the job

Sutton Brothers are outstanding in all 3 areas I use them in, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. The technicians are thorough and I am always offered options (to replace or to restore) that I can decide on based on my budget/preference. Yesterday and today, I had my bi-annual maintenance visits in all 3 areas. Bradley for plumbing was outstanding and thoroughly explained all my options. It really helps that I get a discount on services with my yearly membership. Daniel C. handled both my heating and cooling check up and found everything in good order, which I expected as Sutton Brothers replaced my 20+ year old heating and cooling system. Our Technician Hunter was great! He was very professional and friendly. Also he was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. He explained what he was doing thourally and gave me several helpful tips. Very pleased with the service from Hunter and the staff at Sutton Brothers.

From start to finish, Sutton Brothers was fantastic. The guys who put in our new furnace couldn't have been nicer and more knowledgeable and fast. Very easily to work with. They did a fantastic job for us!

Our house had been without heat for almost two weeks in the middle of January. After troubleshooting what we could and tired of using space heaters, we decided it was time to call a professional. Sutton Brothers from start to finish was fantastic! From initial scheduling, Shelly made us a next day appointment and worked with our timeframe. From the first appointment, Hunter was very thorough and explained the gas furnace's issues with us, showed us the problem(s) and recommended replacement. We decided to get an estimate and was hoping it could be done quickly. Ian came out same day and gave us the proposal with several options for payment.
