Very shady experience with them. They did some work on my home then I had a structural engineer come out who reported their work was not holding.When I followed up on the warranty to have additional work done they said "we can honor it but we now only do commercial work and you will have to pay 50% which will be more than if you just go through another company because our pricing has increased". Also, when I asked for documentation of the previous work completed they couldn't find the file and stated "our record keeping has been poor historically". So, zero solution even though they issued a warranty and no documentation of previous work completed to give to another company who will do the work. James and Dave run a superb shop at S and W. A top place to work with accountability, transparency and open team work. This firm take pride in qaulity of work and execution within the time every time. I absolutely would have them execute my residential or commercial foundation job. Make sure when selling your home you transfer warranty in 7 days or they void it. Called 2 days late because we just got ahold of warranty papers and the accounting lady had the worst customer service and was so rude.

This is hands down one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure of working with and for.
