Our upstairs heat went out on Saturday evening 1/31 during the record snowfall. Not good. My home appliance warranty service, Home Serve, called a repair company that never called me to set up an appointment, nor could they be reached by the Home Serve support team. Extremely unprofessional. Home Serve then contacted SWAT Heating & Air. I received a text stating that someone would be there the following day between 6am and 10am. The next morning Bubba (the owner) arrived between 7:30am-8:00am, as promised. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. He quickly analyzed the problem (the motor, yikes!).
