Swede Chimney Sweep

I have been using Swede Chimney Sweep for 24 years and they are always fantastic. This is the third home I've lived in with a fireplace/chimney and as usual, I received great service! Rick is incredibly knowledgeable and happy to help you learn to use your fireplace safely. He will be honest with you about any issues he finds and is helpful in getting the issues fixed even if he can't personally fix them. Terri always returns phone calls promptly and she was able to get me into their schedule in only a couple of weeks even though it is their busy season. You can trust them to make sure your fireplace is safe to use!

Kyle came to my house a few days ago to assess my chimney. He spent a good deal of time checking the fire box and the chimney from the roof and from the living room. He found that my chimney was in such bad shape that there’s nothing he could do that day, and he gave me a referral to a fire brick mason and explained what that process would look like. I’m grateful for his help, and I highly recommend this business to anyone with a chimney.

I called for an inspection and cleaning. Terri was very good at getting me on the schedule and quoting 2 prices; 1 for the inspection and 1 for the cleaning. Rick and Kyle were on time and very professional. They took care to not get anything dirty and wore booties. They inspected everything and said that I didn’t need to have it cleaned. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Great experience, very professional! We've been using Swede for several years now. Excellent communication, honest family business, and yes super on time! They even called me to say they could come early if I was available! They don't charge me extra to sweep it unless it requires cleaning. I appreciate the honesty!
