Swedes Roofing

After a recent hailstorm, I was approached by at least a dozen roofing companies in Cheyenne. I called Swede's roofing and they stood out by being approachable and not pushy. They sent a representative to perform my roof inspection, and he provided me an honest assessment of what needed to be done, without trying to look for unnecessary repairs. When I contacted the office about my estimate, the receptionist I spoke to was friendly, professional, and courteous. I received my estimate the day after my roof inspection, and it was very straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Swede's again.

Easy working with them. Steve gave me an estimate quickly and dropped off shingle samples within a day. Their crew was fast, professional, and cleaned up really well. Lots of nice touches of workmanship like restoring the decorative elements of my eaves and even re-roofing the little birdhouse attached to the back! Quality experience, easy communication.

Not sure if this even warrants a 1 star... should be zero stars.. They advertise a "free estimate" for hail damage on roofs. I called and scheduled an appointment with one of their techs "Rick" who decided to not even show up to the requested appointment time or even bother calling me to let me know he couldn't make it. I reached out several other times to try and make a new appointment giving them the benefit of a doubt that they were busy. All of my attempts were shot down by their female secretary who mentioned she would speak with "Rick" only to be forgotten. Overall, I believe their piss poor customer service has lost them a possible roof hail repair customer. I was first excited to see a company with "over 40 years of experience" but was left disappointed by how little they actually

I would not recommend Swedes Roofing under any circumstances. They broke personal belongings and left a dirty work sight that the customer had to clean. Never notified customer that they were not completing the job as agreed and never responded to status updates requests from customer. Regardless, Swedes billed the customer for a job that was not completed.

Did a great job showed up quirkier than said. Finished with problems. Definitely would recommend. Quick fair pricing compared to some other companys.
