Halie has done it again! …An AMAZING job! She is always on time and often early…never late! Halie is thorough and thoughful and tremendously efficient. She asks for us to look over the house in case there is something she missed…which she rarely does. Her boss is so involved as well. This boss cares about the people that work for her…and follows up with customers. Very well-organized and efficient company. Thanks to you both. Halie is prepared with clean tools that have no dust or dirt from her other cleaning jobs. That is a huge plus! She brings her gear, and it is immaculate…like her cleaning. Sweeple is great! They are easy to get in contact with and are very timely in their responses. Specifically, Vickie did an amazing job cleaning my house. She spent a lot of time making sure the house was clean and made sure I was happy with it. I highly recommend Sweeple if you are looking for a cleaning service in the Birmingham area!

I pretty much never leave reviews, but we were completely blown away by the service we got from Sweeple. I called half a dozen other cleaning services first and was disappointed the the lack of flexibility with scheduling, the general customer service, and the costs, so I was already pretty dejected and moody when I called Sweeple. Right off the bat, their customer service was exceptional, the lady that spoke with me each time was friendly and genuinely trying to work with me to find the best options and time. The date we scheduled came and the lady who was to do our home had a car issue, but they worked together to get her there practically first thing in the morning with no waffling or flakiness. I would highly recommend Sweeple to anyone looking for a sparkling clean office. We have been using them for a couple of months and I have never seen our environment so clean. Added bonus, their employees are very friendly.
