We worked with sweet hardwood floor for a full house renovation which included extension of bathrooms, complete remodel of 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, floors, paint inside and outside house, full kitchen remodel, moving of doors. We are really happy with the results. They recommended good places to buy or which type of hardware or material will looks good and modern, like the taste and vision we had. The house looks modern and upscale now. The project was completed well before time. It was easy to communicate and keep up with the progress of the project. Do not work with them. Suren who is the owner, has the worst attitude. He is bossy and aggressive. He has no sense of timeline. We have to call and text many many times to know what date and what time they can show up. They finished our hardwood installation in July. One month later part of the installation started making cracking/clicking sound. We reached out to him again. Logan story short after so many calls and texts he responds back in October saying that he will send someone to fix it. Again no timeline. Following up again. One day he says I can come today or it goes to November. Unbelievable. It is that you have to work with his timeline rather than working together to find a time that works for both of you. This is not respectful or considerate. Forget about being customer centric
