Sweetwater Well Service

Had several companies come out to repair my well which all 3 of them came up with same plan which was my well couldn't be fixed. I needed a new well. Bids from 18,000.00 to 26,000.00. A friend told me about Sweetwater well service so I called them. Donnie was out that day. After his inspection he assured me that my well could be fixed and that the other companies just wanted to drill a new well cause that would be more profitable. He explained what needed to be done. My well pump was pumping off the other companies told me my well wasn't producing even water cause it was drying up. Sweetwater explain to me it was a simple fix just some maintenance that had to d9 with the well screen being stopped up stopping well recovery. The came with a bid commercial compressor blew the well out cleaned

Absolutely impressed with the service provided. I called on a Sunday for a broken pipe on our well. Donnie came right over and got the issue resolved. Donnie Mattern, the owner, was next door helping our neighbor - their well pump had gone bad, he was a friend of the family, and Donnie's company was replacing their well pump. We needed some help with the air volume control valve in our tank - had been getting a bunch of air in our lines ever since we had a new pump installed (not by them) over a year ago. So I walked next door and introduced myself. I told Donnie our issue, hoping to get his number and maybe an appointment to come out and fix it. He dropped everything he was in the middle of doing, let his crew continue working on my neighbor's pump, and came right over and took a look. Not only that, he went back to his truck, got the necessary part, and fixed it on the spot! When I asked him how much it would be, he would not accept

This company is legit ! Came on a Sunday to check out the issue , came back the next morning to give me a brand new pump, cable and everything else pretty much. Their pricing is very fair. I can never thank them for enough for their great customer service and work they did.
