Easiest carpet shopping experience yet. Friendly folks listened to what we wanted and gave great choices to expedite the process. We actually came in under budget. Delivery & installation scheduled for five weeks out. All around a positive. Will update after installation but have no doubts it'll be easy and as expected.

This store is amazing! The people are kind and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very comfortable and family friendly. I’d recommend these folks to anybody who is looking for flooring, tile or paint. It’s a one stop shop!

The swell city team is fantastic. We started a project in our house and when our floors came in and they were a different finish than the floors we had ordered (manufacturer mistake). Swell City promptly picked them up, tracked down the correct flooring for us (which was no easy task as they were no longer making it in the finish we liked) and were communicable and helpful throughout the entire process. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled! Thanks swell city!
