Wayback Heating and Cooling

Wayback heating was wonderful. Our gas furnace went out on the weekend. Called several companies Monday morning and left messages. Wayback called back within the hour. Nathan had a repairman in my neighborhood that came by about an hour later. Jim was able to diagnose the problem and showed us how to keep it running until they could get the parts for the repair. Nathan kept me informed at all times. Jim was here at the times he was scheduled to be and took excellent care of us. We will use Wayback in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a super positive experience working with Wayback HVAC & AC when we needed our furnace to be replaced. Their crew was prompt and professional when they came to assess the issue and Nate was super helpful when explaining our options to us. We entrusted them to help us come to a decision that worked for us both functionally and financially.The icing on the cake for us was that they hustled Christmas week to ensure we had best for Christmas!

The crew at Wayback have been quick to respond to my request and due to and opening in their schedule, were able to get to my house sooner than anticipated! The technicians Jimmy and Karl were courteous, upbeat, and very knowledgeable. They did a short evaluation to determine the problem and had it resolved quickly. If I have HVAC needs in the future, the Wayback HVAC team will be where I call.

Nate, Dan, and the Wayback team were a pleasure to work with. They quickly returned my call, then came out and helped me choose the best new HVAC System for our home. They scheduled me in soon and easily coped with the unexpected obstacles in our 75 year old house. Our new system is quiet and makes the whole house feel more comfortable.

This was my first service with Wayback HVAC and I was more than pleased with the pleasant and professional technicians Jimmy & Karl. Not only were they kind, they were clearly skilled and put in effort to get heat back on in the house.
